It is worth knowing they are chosen rather than assumed, so nothing is a surprise on the day.
A few things are outside the service entirely rather than available as add-ons: laundry, exterior windows, anything above a two-step ladder, carpet or steam cleaning, walls and ceilings, and moving heavy furniture. Where a job belongs to a specialist, saying so is more useful than claiming it.
